Let's Look {November 2024}

 Well, here we are....the second to last Let's Look of 2024! Y'all know this is my favorite post each month! I'm linking up with Shay and Erika today for Let's Look!

Here's a recap of what we have "looked" at so far this year.....

In January, we "looked" at How We Clean Our Closets.

In February, we "looked" at Little Things We Do Every Single Day.

In March, we "looked" at Our Grocery Carts.

In April, we "looked" at Our Daily Quiet Time.

In May, we "looked" at Our Summer Closet Staples.

In June, we "looked" at Our Summer Schedule.

In July, we "looked" at Podcasts and Shows We Binge.

I was on vacation for the August edition.

In September, we "looked" at Our Quick Weeknight Dinners.

In October, we "looked" at How We Prep for the Holiday Season.

Today's topic is one of the most difficult things in the world (to me at least ๐Ÿ˜‚). And what might that be?

GIFT IDEAS FOR MEN.

So. I just made a list of things Caleb has and loves and things I think would make great gifts.....

Blackstone and/or Blackstone Accessories

I think any guy would probably love to have this! If he already has one, grab him some accessories. I also think it would be a great gift for several people to go in on for dad or father-in-law!

Vuori Pullover

Or really anything Vuori for that matter! The fabric is so soft and comfy! (Their stuff runs a touch small, so maybe consider sizing up) This is the one Caleb has.

Peter Millar Collared Shirt

This is one of those things that Caleb loves, but he just isn't going to buy unless it's on sale. If that's one of your guys, gift him one! This shirt is so dang soft and such good quality!! Several on sale here!!

Toiletry Bag

I think this is always a good gift idea! Caleb even gave them as gifts for his groomsmen when we got married. This one from Tecovas is really nice, but here is a less expensive option (the ones in the pic above and can be personalized!) from Etsy!

Gift Card

When in doubt, just get him a gift card. Academy, Dick's, Home Depot, Lowe's, Bass Pro, somewhere local he loves, his favorite suit/clothing store, his favorite place to grab breakfast, a coffee, a quick lunch, etc. I know some people don't love giving gift cards, but I think it's always a good option!

Ok, so my list is very basic. But, shopping for men is the hardest thing for me each year!! Can't wait to see what everyone else is getting for the men in their lives!!

Comments

  1. Oh, I love your gift ideas Maddie!! I say a big YES to the gift cards, I've done that many times and my husband is always happy with that. Also, love the grill, those flat top grills are so nice!!

Let's Look: January 2026

 Happy Wednesday!! Let's Look is one of my very favorite blog link ups and after not doing it last year, I am ready for it in 2026! I am linking up with Shay and Erika for this monthly series! Today, we are LOOKING at..... THINGS WE OUTSOURCE WITHOUT REGRET. Ok, there are so many things you can outsource that I just would rather do myself. I love to grocery shop. I think I would be weirded out by someone else doing my laundry. A house keeper is just not something we currently need or really want. BUT, there are occasions when outsourcing is just what needs to be done. Grocery Delivery/Pickup We don't do this often, but when we do it's pretty nice. That being said, I am usually ready to get back in the grocery store myself! Food Delivery This is another one we do not do often, but a Wednesday free delivery from Wingstop has sucked me in a few times ๐Ÿ˜‚. And of course, pizza delivery is always nice! Plus, we can get food delivered to the school I work out, so that's nice e...

Friday Favorites {4.2.26}

 Happy THURSDAY. My days are getting so mixed up with a Friday holiday haha! Posting Friday Faves a day early since tomorrow is Good Friday. Whoop whoop! We're getting a 7Brew!! I'm gonna let the new wear off before I go, but dang I am so excited for this! Have y'all tried it?? My sister gave me this MacKenzie Child's cookie jar for my bday and I love!! I made some white chocolate, peanut, and M&M clusters and they looked so cute in it! I will try just about anything once haha, but I finally jumped on the Tik Tok bandwagon and grabbed this facial brush for lymphatic drainage. My mind could very easily be playing tricks on me, but I'm gonna say I see a difference! Got mind from Amazon! And I cannot close out this post without mentioning Autism Awareness and Acceptance Month! Please, please, please educate yourself on what it means to have Autism, how to explain it to your children, how to advocate, how to include, how to help- all the things!! Please remember, if...

Friday Favorites {12.20.24}

 Happy Friday, friends!! And Merry Christmas Eve Eve Eve Eve Eve- that's a thing, right??๐Ÿ˜‚ I'm linking up with Erika and Andrea today to share some faves from the week, and then I will be off for the holidays! My plan is to see y'all back here on January 13! For some food faves.... I grabbed the raspberry kringle at Aldi the other day after seeing so many positive reviews on it. It is really good!! I had some with a cup of coffee a couple times this week! Last night, Caleb made lasagna soup- YUM. Definitely a favorite of mine lately! A great way to end the night.... Caleb made me a cosmopolitan the other night. Yum! I am really going to miss this sight.... This is my favorite time of year for sure! Twinkly lights and candle light = the BEST. On my drive home from work yesterday.... This was a fun little surprise. I don't remember this from last year! I hope you all have a great weekend and a very Merry Christmas and a Happy Holiday! However, whatever, whenever, whereve...
